Consignment Information
Anyone can consign items to
auction. You may have one item to consign, or perhaps you have hundreds of items
you'd like to sale, quantity is not an issue. We offer free consultations, and would be happy to schedule an appointment with you to discuss your auction needs. We can design an auction exclusively for you, or we may combine your items with another auction to help defray the cost. We can conduct auctions on your site, or we will help to locate an acceptable location specially for your auction.
Our commission rates varies
from 11% to 40% depending on the quantity & quality of the items you consign. All commissions & fees are deducted from your gross sales.
Payments to consignors are paid by check, and mailed within 7-14 days after the date of the auction. All of our auctions are computerized and each consignor receives a consignment sales report detailing the items sold and the
selling price. It's that simple!

Bidder Information
Bidder
Registration:
There is no cost to register & no obligation to buy. All persons
intending to register for a bidders number must present a valid Driver's
License or state issued ID card to register. Dealer's are required
to show a dealers card w/ dealer #. Non-Taxable persons must
provide a Dept. of Revenue Unified Business ID# and complete a resale
certificate.
Terms: Complete payment DAY OF SALE by cash or check,
certified or cashier's check, bank card checks in U.S. FUNDS ONLY, or
U.S. issued Travelers Checks. All above mentioned made out to Northwest
Auction Service. Personal checks or company checks accepted from
known customers or with a letter from your bank (Domestic [U.S.A.] only)
guaranteeing payment to Northwest Auction Service.
We do not accept debit or credit cards! A
10% Buyers Premium & Sales Tax will be collected. Before you leave the
auction site, check your invoice to be sure ALL your items have been
accounted for, as a $15.00 service charge will be added to invoices that
require billing or collection after the auction date. A $20.00 NSF
fee will be charged on returned checks. TITLED VEHICLE BUYERS:
There will be a $35 documentary service fee on all titled vehicles.
Conditions:
All items sell AS IS, WHERE IS, without return. The condition &
serviceability of any piece is expressed only by the owners & absolutely no
warranty or guarantee is given or implied. Although information has been
obtained from sources deemed reliable, the auctioneer makes no warranty or
guarantee, expressed or implied, as to the accuracy of the information herein
contained. Buyers should avail themselves of the opportunity to make
inspections prior to the sale, as due diligence on any purchase is the sole
responsibility of the bidder/buyer. This advertisement is only a
guide and is subject to
additions or deletions. Auction day announcements take precedence over any
other information or printed material. Northwest Auction Service
nor the Seller assumes responsibility for
accidents. Northwest Auction Services may under certain circumstances bid
on behalf of absentee buyers, lien holders, and/or sellers. NWAS
reserves the right to deny bidder registration to anyone deemed to be a
potential determent to the conduct of the auction
